Our price list is prepared and presented to you separately according to the types of services we offer, namely Consultancy Services, Buying-Selling Transactions, Rental Services, and Valuation Services.
Consultancy Services
Our consultancy fees vary according to the scope of the service to be provided. Separate consultancy fees are applied for consultancy regarding purchase-sale transactions, inheritance and transfer transactions, interviews with the tenant and management of the rent increase process, follow-up of the necessary transactions before purchasing real estate, and all similar transactions. Therefore, if you contact us specifying the transaction you need, a special offer will be presented to you for the relevant service.
Buying and Selling Transactions
In Turkey, real estate offices receive a service fee (commission) up to a maximum of 2% + VAT from the seller and a maximum of 2% + VAT from the buyer, for a total of up to 4% + VAT in residential and workplace purchase-sale transactions according to the legislation; this fee arises with the realization of the sale and is determined by a written contract.
Rental Services
In Turkey, real estate offices receive a service fee (commission) not exceeding one month's rent in residential and workplace rental transactions according to the legislation; this fee arises with the realization of the rental transaction and is determined by a written contract.
Valuation Services
We also offer a market valuation service for apartments. We do not provide an official valuation or licensed appraisal service; however, taking into account criteria such as title deed status (condominium, construction servitude, land), regional location, floor, and interior architecture of the apartment, we objectively determine the most accurate price that will protect the property owner and is suitable for market conditions.
